This Air Fryer Garlic Parmesan Shrimp for busy moms is quick, crunchy, and packed with flavor. It’s one of those budget-friendly seafood recipes that turns frozen shrimp into something golden, zesty, and weeknight-worthy.
Ingredients
1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon salt
1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup seasoned panko breadcrumbs
2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
Lemon wedges, for serving
Instructions
1. Pat shrimp dry with paper towels. Toss with olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
2. In a shallow bowl, mix Parmesan cheese, panko, and half the parsley.
3. Press each shrimp into the breadcrumb mixture to coat fully.
4. Preheat air fryer to 400°F for 3–5 minutes. Arrange shrimp in a single layer (work in batches if needed).
5. Air fry for 6–8 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy.
6. Garnish with remaining parsley and serve with lemon wedges.
