Description
A no-bake Amish peanut butter cream pie with layers of whipped filling and sweet peanut butter crumble. Cool, creamy, and easy to make.
Ingredients
1 pre-made graham cracker pie crust
1 cup creamy peanut butter
1 cup powdered sugar
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1 cup granulated sugar
2 cups heavy cream
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup milk
1 package (3.4 oz) instant vanilla pudding mix
Instructions
1. In a medium mixing bowl, combine the creamy peanut butter with powdered sugar. Use a fork to mash into sweet crumbles.
2. In a separate bowl, beat softened cream cheese and granulated sugar until smooth. Add heavy cream and vanilla, then whip until light and fluffy.
3. Spread half the peanut butter crumble into the graham cracker crust and press gently to form the base.
4. In another bowl, whisk milk with vanilla pudding mix until thickened. Fold this into the whipped cream cheese mixture.
5. Pour the cream filling over the crust and smooth the top with a spatula.
6. Sprinkle the remaining peanut butter crumble evenly over the top of the pie.
7. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or overnight. Slice and serve cold.
Notes
For best crumble texture, avoid overmixing the peanut butter and powdered sugar.
To prep ahead, store the crumble topping separately and add just before serving.
