Description

Bold, fiery, and full of comfort this Atomic Spicy Chicken Wing Ramen Bowl combines crispy wings, rich chili broth, and soft noodles into one unforgettable meal. A restaurant-style ramen you can easily make at home for weeknight family dinners.

Ingredients

For the Chicken Wings:

1½ lbs chicken wings

2 tbsp oil

Salt & pepper to taste

½ cup hot sauce (Frank’s RedHot or your favorite)

2 tbsp honey

1 tbsp soy sauce

1 tbsp butter

1 tsp crushed red pepper flakes (optional)

For the Ramen Bowl:

2 packs ramen noodles (discard seasoning packets)

4 cups chicken broth

1 tbsp soy sauce

1 tbsp chili paste (Sambal Oelek or gochujang)

2 tsp sesame oil

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 tsp grated ginger

½ tsp smoked paprika

1 cup shredded carrots or cabbage

2 green onions, sliced

Soft boiled eggs, for topping

Lime wedges & sesame seeds, for garnish

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Toss wings with oil, salt, and pepper. Bake 40–45 minutes (or air-fry 25 minutes at 400°F) until crispy.

2. In a saucepan, heat hot sauce, honey, soy sauce, butter, and red pepper flakes until bubbly. Toss the wings until fully coated.

3. In a large pot, warm sesame oil. Add garlic and ginger until fragrant, then stir in chicken broth, soy sauce, chili paste, and smoked paprika. Simmer gently.

4. Drop ramen noodles straight into the broth. Cook for 3–4 minutes until tender.

5. Divide noodles into bowls. Top with crispy wings, soft-boiled eggs, green onions, and a squeeze of lime. Serve hot.

Notes

Stuffani’s Tip: Keep the wings crisp by saucing them just before serving.

For a creamier broth, stir in a splash of coconut milk or a teaspoon of peanut butter.

To adjust spice level, start with half the chili paste and add more as needed.
