Description
This Bacon Cheeseburger Ramen Noodle Bake is a cheesy, creamy comfort food casserole made with ground beef, bacon, ramen noodles, and rich cheese sauce. Perfect for easy family dinners or potlucks.
Ingredients
1 lb ground beef
6 strips bacon, cooked crisp and chopped
1 small onion, diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
3 packs beef-flavored ramen noodles (seasoning packets reserved)
1 (10.5 oz) can condensed cheddar cheese soup
1 (8 oz) block cream cheese, softened
1 cup sour cream
1 ½ cups shredded cheddar cheese (divided)
½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
2 tbsp ketchup
1 tbsp yellow mustard
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
Salt & pepper to taste
Extra bacon for toppings
Instructions
1. Boil ramen for 2 minutes, just softened. Drain. Keep one seasoning packet.
2. Cook bacon until crispy. Remove. Brown beef with onion and garlic, then stir in seasoning, ketchup, mustard, and Worcestershire.
3. In a bowl, mix cheddar soup, cream cheese, sour cream, half the cheddar, mozzarella, salt, and pepper.
4. Preheat oven to 350°F. In a greased 9×13 dish, mix noodles, beef mix, bacon, and creamy sauce. Spread evenly.
5. Top with remaining cheddar and bake uncovered 20–25 minutes until bubbly.
6. Serve hot, topped with extra bacon.
