Description
These bacon cheeseburger stuffed tater tot cones are the ultimate hand-held comfort snack. Crispy, cheesy, meaty, and totally crave-worthy.
Ingredients
1 lb Ground Beef
1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
24 pieces Frozen Tater Tots
1 cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
6 slices Bacon, cooked and crumbled
1 small Onion, finely chopped
1 tablespoon Ketchup
1 tablespoon Yellow Mustard
Kosher Salt and Black Pepper, to taste
Optional toppings: pickles, diced tomatoes, chopped lettuce, extra bacon, burger sauce
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment.
2. Bake tater tots for 15–20 minutes until golden, flipping halfway.
3. Cook ground beef in skillet with onion, salt, and pepper until browned.
4. Stir in ketchup and mustard, then remove from heat.
5. Cool tots slightly and press into muffin tin to form cone shapes. Bake 10 minutes.
6. Combine beef mixture with cheddar, mozzarella, and bacon.
7. Spoon filling into cones, top with cheese or bacon if desired.
8. Bake 5 more minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
9. Serve hot with your favorite burger toppings.
Notes
Use spicy tots or pepper jack cheese for heat.
These freeze well before final bake—just reheat when needed.
