Ingredients
3 cups cooked chicken, shredded or chopped
1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
1 cup sour cream
1 packet ranch seasoning mix (about 1 oz)
1½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1 cup cooked bacon, crumbled
2 cups crushed potato chips (for topping)
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch dish.
2. In a large bowl, whisk together soup, sour cream, and ranch seasoning.
3. Stir in cooked chicken and half of the bacon.
4. Spread mixture into the baking dish evenly.
5. Top with shredded cheddar, mozzarella, remaining bacon, and crushed chips.
6. Bake uncovered for 25 minutes until hot and bubbly.
7. Let sit 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
Use rotisserie chicken for speed. Swap in crushed crackers if you’re out of chips. Add veggies like broccoli or jalapeños for variation.
