Description
Crispy, smoky, and melty these Bacon-Wrapped Grilled Cheese Fingers are my go-to when I need comfort food fast. They’re perfect for family-friendly sandwich recipes, quick dinners, or easy bacon appetizers for parties.
Ingredients
8 slices bread
8 slices cheese
8 slices bacon
2 tablespoons butter
Chicken ham (optional, for extra layers)
Instructions
1. Preheat the grill to medium heat or heat a cast iron skillet.
2. Butter one side of each bread slice.
3. Layer cheese (and optional ham) between two slices, butter side out.
4. Wrap each sandwich tightly with bacon, securing with toothpicks if needed.
5. Grill until bacon is crispy and bread golden, flipping once.
6. Slice into finger-sized pieces and serve warm with dipping sauce.
Notes
Stuffani’s Tip: Regular bacon crisps faster than thick cut.
Stuffani’s Whisper: I’ve eaten these straight from the skillet before they hit the plate sometimes the best bites never make it to the table.
Pair them with marinara, ranch, or even honey mustard for dipping.
