Description

Banana Berry Chocolate Parfait Sundae is a no-bake layered dessert made with bananas, berries, whipped cream, and chocolate syrup. Creamy, fruity, and ready in minutes.

Ingredients

Scale

2 ripe bananas (sliced)

1 cup fresh raspberries (plus more for topping)

1 cup whipped cream

1/4 cup chocolate syrup (for drizzling)

1/2 cup granola or chocolate cereal

2 tbsp crushed chocolate or chocolate chips

Optional: chopped pistachios or nuts for crunch

Instructions

1. Start with a spoonful of granola or cereal in a glass or sundae bowl.

2. Add a layer of banana slices and some raspberries.

3. Spoon in a swirl of whipped cream.

4. Repeat with more layers of banana, berries, and cream.

5. Top with extra whipped cream and raspberries.

6. Drizzle chocolate syrup generously over the top.

7. Finish with crushed chocolate and chopped nuts if using.

Notes

To keep granola crunchy, assemble just before serving. For a dairy-free version, use coconut whipped cream.
