Description

Bikini Bottom Punch Shot is a quick, colorful tropical shot layered with coconut rum, pineapple juice, and blue Curaçao. A perfect summer drink in a mini glass.


Ingredients

Scale

1 oz coconut rum

1 oz pineapple juice

½ oz blue Curaçao

½ oz fresh lime juice

½ oz simple syrup (optional)

Ice cubes

Garnish: Small pineapple wedge or mint leaf


Instructions

1. Fill a cocktail shaker halfway with ice.

2. Add coconut rum and pineapple juice.

3. Pour in blue Curaçao and lime juice.

4. Add simple syrup if desired.

5. Shake well for 10 seconds.

6. Strain into shot glass and garnish.


Notes

Use crushed ice or chill the glasses first to keep the shot cold. For a non-alcoholic version, use flavored syrups and juices.
