Description
A gooey, indulgent Biscoff Bueno Chocolate Cookie Pie made with layers of Biscoff spread, Kinder Bueno sticks, and rich chocolate cookie dough. Perfect for celebrations or cozy nights in.
Ingredients
200g unsalted butter, softened
250g light brown sugar
1 large egg
1 tsp vanilla extract
300g plain flour
25g cocoa powder
1/2 tsp bicarbonate of soda
70g milk chocolate chips
100g white chocolate chips
500g Biscoff spread (divided)
9 Kinder Bueno sticks
Instructions
1. Cream softened butter and sugar together until fluffy, then add egg and vanilla.
2. In another bowl, combine flour, cocoa, and bicarbonate of soda. Gradually mix into wet ingredients to form dough.
3. Fold in milk and white chocolate chips.
4. Press two-thirds of dough into a greased 8-inch springform pan to form base and sides.
5. Spread half the Biscoff over the base, layer Kinder Bueno sticks on top, and cover with the remaining Biscoff.
6. Roll out remaining dough and place on top to seal edges.
7. Bake at 160°C (fan) for 25–30 minutes until golden brown.
8. Cool completely before slicing. Serve warm for gooey texture.

Cool fully before slicing for clean cuts.
