Description
No bake Biscoff lasagna made with layers of cream, Biscoff biscuits, and melted cookie butter. Chill, slice, and enjoy!
Ingredients
1 (400g / 14 oz) jar Biscoff spread
550g (19.5 oz) Biscoff biscuits
700ml heavy cream (double cream)
4 tbsp icing sugar
2 tsp vanilla essence
Instructions
1. Whip heavy cream until thickened. Add icing sugar and vanilla; whip to soft peaks.
2. Layer biscuits in 9×13 dish. Spread half the cream on top.
3. Heat half of Biscoff spread slightly and drizzle over.
4. Add second layer of biscuits and the rest of the cream.
5. Pipe lines with remaining spread, swirl with skewer.
6. Sprinkle crushed biscuits around edges.
7. Chill for 3 hours or overnight. Slice and serve.
Notes
Do not overwhip the cream. Always chill before slicing. Use a warm knife for clean cuts.
