Ingredients
3 cups white chocolate chips or chopped white chocolate
1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
2 tbsp unsalted butter
1 tsp bubble-gum flavoring
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
White food gel (optional)
Pink food gel (optional)
2 cups mini marshmallows
1/4 cup confetti rainbow sprinkles
Instructions
1. Line a 9×9-inch baking tin with parchment paper, edges hanging over for easy lifting.
2. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine white chocolate, condensed milk, and butter. Microwave in 40-second bursts, stirring until smooth and glossy.
3. Stir in bubble-gum flavoring and vanilla. Divide mixture if using gels, tint pink and white, then swirl for a dreamy cloud effect.
4. Fold in mini marshmallows gently, letting them nestle into the fudge.
5. Pour into the prepared tin. Smooth the top and shower with sprinkles.
6. Refrigerate for 2 hours until set. Lift out, cut into 16 squares, and serve.
