Description
This buffalo chicken lasagna with a ranch twist brings all the bold, cheesy comfort food energy—layered with spicy sauce, creamy ranch, and gooey mozzarella.
Ingredients
12 cooked lasagna noodles
2 cups shredded cooked chicken
1 cup Buffalo sauce
1 cup ricotta cheese
½ cup ranch dressing
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
½ cup crumbled blue cheese
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
2. Toss shredded chicken with Buffalo sauce in a bowl.
3. Mix ricotta, ranch, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a separate bowl.
4. Spread some Buffalo chicken in the dish. Add a layer of noodles.
5. Top with the ricotta-ranch mix, mozzarella, and blue cheese. Repeat layers.
6. Finish with cheese on top. Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes.
7. Remove foil and bake 10–15 minutes more until bubbly and golden.
8. Let it cool for 10 minutes before slicing. Drizzle with extra ranch and serve.
Notes
Use rotisserie chicken to save time.
Substitute cottage cheese or sour cream if you’re out of ricotta.
Make it ahead and refrigerate overnight for easy baking the next day.
