Ingredients
6 ½ sheets graham crackers, crushed
2 cups mini marshmallows
1 (11 oz) bag caramel bits
2 tablespoons milk
1 (10 oz) bag Butterfinger bites, coarsely chopped
2 oz semi-sweet chocolate, melted
Instructions
1. Line a 9×9-inch pan with foil and coat with cooking spray.
2. Spread crushed graham crackers evenly to form the base.
3. Scatter mini marshmallows over the graham layer.
4. Microwave caramel bits with milk until melted; pour over marshmallows.
5. Press chopped Butterfinger bites into the warm caramel.
6. Drizzle with melted chocolate.
7. Chill for 1 hour until firm, then cut into squares and serve.
Notes
Store in an airtight container up to 5 days.
Freeze individually wrapped bars for up to 2 months.
