Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 12 oz rotini pasta
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 teaspoons Cajun seasoning

- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup whole milk
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions
