Description

Carlis Bee Cheese is a bold vintage spread made with sharp cheddar, butter, sherry, horseradish, and garlic. Great for crackers, toasts, or sandwiches.


Ingredients

10 oz sharp cheddar cheese, grated

6 oz butter, softened

2 tablespoons sherry

1 tablespoon horseradish

1 garlic clove, minced

2 tablespoons chopped Italian flat leaf parsley (optional)


Instructions

1. Grate the cheddar cheese.

2. Mix all ingredients together in a bowl until fully combined.

3. Pack the mixture tightly into a cheese crock or jar.

4. Refrigerate for at least 2 days before serving.

5. Keeps for about 10 days in the refrigerator.


Notes

Serve chilled with crackers, apples, or spread on toast. The flavor improves after 48 hours.
