Description

These chicken bacon ranch sliders are the ultimate comfort food for busy families—cheesy, creamy, and perfect for dinner or game day.

Ingredients

4 cups chicken, cooked and shredded

1 cup Ranch dressing

½ cup bacon, cooked and crumbled

3 tablespoons Parmesan cheese

15 Hawaiian sweet rolls

2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded

¼ cup butter, melted

1 teaspoon garlic powder

Parsley, garnish

Instructions

1. Preheat your oven to 350°F. Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish. Slice the Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally and place the bottom halves in the dish.

2. In a bowl, combine shredded chicken, Ranch dressing, bacon, and Parmesan cheese until fully mixed.

3. Spread the chicken mixture over the roll bottoms and top with shredded cheddar cheese.

4. Place the top halves of the rolls over the filling. Mix melted butter with garlic powder and brush over the roll tops.

5. Cover the dish with foil and bake for 15 minutes, until the cheese is melted and sliders are hot. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve.

Notes

You can prep this recipe ahead of time and bake it just before serving. Try swapping Hawaiian rolls for brioche or potato buns.
