Description
These cosmic brownie protein bites started as a snack fix—and turned into a fridge staple. I missed the chewy fudge and colorful candy dots of childhood brownies but didn’t want the sugar crash. So I blended almond butter, cocoa, and protein into something rich, fun, and snack-worthy. With a few rainbow chips on top, each bite feels nostalgic but better. No baking. No stress. Just mix, roll, chill, and bite. Whether it’s for post-workout fuel or a midday treat, these protein bites hit that sweet spot between health and happiness.
