Crispy Cheesecake Cookie Croffles are golden, sweet, and irresistibly creamy—made with crescent dough, cheesecake filling, and crushed cookies. A TikTok dessert trend turned family favorite.
Ingredients
1 roll crescent or croissant dough
4 oz cream cheese, softened
2 tbsp powdered sugar (plus more for dusting)
½ tsp vanilla extract
¼ cup mini chocolate chips
¼ cup crushed Oreos or any chocolate cookie
Non-stick spray or butter for your waffle iron
Instructions
1. Prepare the Filling : Mix cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Fold in chocolate chips. My daughter always sneaks a spoonful it’s tradition now.
2. Fill the Dough : Roll out the crescent dough and cut into squares. Add a scoop of the filling, seal the edges gently. It doesn’t need to be perfect it needs to be made with joy.
3. Waffle Time : Grease the waffle iron lightly. Cook sealed dough until golden and crisp about 4–5 minutes. You’ll smell when they’re ready.
4. Top & Serve : Dust with powdered sugar and sprinkle crushed Oreos. Serve warm, preferably while standing barefoot in the kitchen.
Notes
Use cold crescent dough to make sealing easier.
Don’t overstuff; a small spoonful of filling is enough.
Swap in white chocolate or Nutella for fun flavor twists.
Best served warm right out of the waffle iron.
