Description
Crispy Nacho Egg Rolls are filled with taco-seasoned beef, warm nacho cheese, and crushed Doritos—then pan-crisped to perfection.
Ingredients
→ Protein & Base:
1 pound lean ground beef
1 packet taco seasoning mix
4 large flour tortillas
→ Vegetables & Aromatics:
½ cup yellow onion, finely diced
½ cup green bell pepper, chopped
1 can diced tomatoes with green chilies
Small handful shredded iceberg lettuce
→ Cheese & Toppings:
1 cup warm nacho cheese sauce
½ cup sour cream
½ cup crushed nacho cheese Doritos
Instructions
1. Brown the ground beef in a skillet and drain.
2. Add diced onion and chopped pepper. Sauté for 4 minutes.
3. Stir in taco seasoning and cook 1 more minute.
4. In a bowl, mix nacho cheese and diced tomatoes.
5. Lay tortillas flat. Spread the cheese mix down the center.
6. Top with beef mixture, sour cream, lettuce, and Doritos.
7. Fold sides in, roll tightly from bottom up.
8. In a clean skillet, cook rolls seam-side down until crispy.
9. Cool briefly, slice in half, and serve hot.
Notes
Bake instead of frying at 400°F for 15 minutes. Use chicken or black beans for protein variation.
