Description
Cucumber ranch crack salad is cold, creamy, and packed with bacon, shredded cheddar, dill, and green onions. A perfect side dish for summer gatherings or easy lunches.
Ingredients
2–3 cups sliced cucumbers
½ cup ranch dressing
½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
⅓ cup cooked and crumbled bacon
2 tbsp chopped green onions
½ tsp garlic powder
½ tsp dried dill (or to taste)
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
1. Wash and slice the cucumbers, then place them in a large bowl.
2. In a separate bowl, mix ranch dressing, garlic powder, dill, salt, and pepper.
3. Pour the dressing over the cucumbers.
4. Add cheddar cheese, bacon, and green onions.
5. Gently toss to coat all ingredients.
6. Cover and refrigerate for 15–20 minutes for better flavor.
7. Serve chilled.
Notes
Use English cucumbers for fewer seeds. Pre-cooked bacon bits work for convenience. Add tomatoes or peppers for variation. Tzatziki and feta make a great Greek twist.
