Description

Soft cookie dough truffles shaped like Easter eggs and dipped in chocolate. These no-bake treats are fun, festive, and perfect for gifting.


Ingredients

Scale

24 Oreo cookies (classic, not double-stuffed)

4 oz (½ block) cream cheese, softened

1½ cups melting chocolate (white, milk, or dark)

Optional: sprinkles, colored candy melts, edible glitter


Instructions

1. Pulse Oreos in food processor until fine crumbs.

2. Add cream cheese and blend into thick dough.

3. Scoop and shape into egg forms.

4. Chill in freezer for 20 minutes.

5. Melt chocolate in microwave-safe bowl.

6. Dip each egg, let excess drip off.

7. Decorate with sprinkles or candy drizzle.

8. Chill again until chocolate is set.
