One-pan dinner magic: this Easy Bacon Butter Chicken Skillet is loaded with crispy bacon, tender chicken, and garlic butter flavor—ready in under 30 minutes.
Ingredients
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts or thighs, cut into chunks
6 slices of bacon, chopped
3 tablespoons unsalted butter
4 cloves garlic, minced
½ teaspoon paprika
Salt and cracked black pepper to taste
¼ cup chicken broth or water (optional)
Chopped fresh parsley, for garnish
Instructions
1. In a large skillet over medium heat, cook chopped bacon until crispy. Remove bacon with a slotted spoon and set aside.
2. Season chicken with salt, pepper, and paprika. Add to skillet and sear for 3–4 minutes per side until cooked through.
3. Reduce heat to low. Add butter and garlic, stirring until melted and fragrant.
4. (Optional) Add chicken broth or water for a lighter sauce. Simmer 1–2 minutes.
5. Return bacon to skillet and toss everything together.
6. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.
