An easy no bake banana dessert that combines creamy cheesecake filling with banana pudding in crunchy waffle cones. Perfect for family-friendly dessert recipes with cream cheese and quick cheesecake desserts for parties.
Ingredients
→ For the Cheesecake Filling:
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup heavy whipping cream, whipped to stiff peaks
→ For the Banana Pudding Layer:
1 package (3.4 oz) instant banana pudding mix
2 cups cold milk
→ For the Cones:
8 waffle cones
1/2 cup crushed vanilla wafers or graham crackers
→ For the Topping:
Caramel sauce or sweetened condensed milk drizzle
Extra crushed vanilla wafers
Instructions
1. Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Fold in whipped cream.
2. Whisk pudding mix with cold milk. Chill for 5 minutes.
3. Sprinkle crushed wafers into the bottom of each cone.
4. Pipe alternating layers of cheesecake filling and banana pudding until cones are full.
5. Pipe cheesecake swirl on top, drizzle caramel, sprinkle wafers.
6. Chill cones for 15 minutes before serving.
Notes
Make ahead: prepare fillings separately, assemble cones 1–2 hours before serving.
Storage: cones last up to 24 hours in the fridge.
Gluten-free: use GF cones and wafers.
Dairy-free: use vegan cream cheese, coconut whipped cream, and dairy-free pudding mix.
