Description
This easy cinnamon roll honeybun cheesecake combines the best of both desserts rich cream cheese filling, a bold cinnamon swirl, and a sweet vanilla glaze. It’s the ultimate holiday showstopper for your dessert table.
Ingredients
→ Graham Cracker Crust
2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
→ Cheesecake Filling
3 packages (8 oz each) cream cheese, softened
1 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup sour cream
3 large eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
→ Cinnamon Swirl
1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
→ Vanilla Glaze
1 cup powdered sugar
2 tablespoons milk
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C). Grease a 9-inch springform pan and optionally line bottom with parchment.
2. Mix graham crumbs, sugar, butter, and cinnamon. Press into base and 1 inch up sides of pan. Bake for 8–10 minutes. Let cool.
3. Beat cream cheese until creamy. Add sugar, then sour cream, vanilla, cinnamon. Mix in eggs one at a time on low.
4. Pour filling over crust and smooth. Mix swirl ingredients and pipe in a spiral on top. Drag a skewer for marbled effect.
5. Bake 55–65 minutes until edges are set and center is jiggly. Cool in oven with door cracked for 1 hour.
6. Let cool completely, then chill in fridge for 4+ hours or overnight.
7. Whisk glaze until smooth. Drizzle over chilled cheesecake. Slice with hot knife and serve chilled.
Notes
Use room temperature ingredients for smoother filling.
Don’t skip the overnight chill it sets the texture perfectly.
Top with more glaze or cinnamon sugar before serving if desired.
