Description

This Easy Club Sandwich Pasta Bowl recipe is loaded with cheddar, turkey, bacon, and creamy ranch dressing perfect for high-protein, budget-friendly meals, summer potlucks, and quick healthy dinner ideas.


Ingredients

12 oz tri-color pasta

8 oz block of cheddar cheese, cubed

1 tomato, diced

1 cup bacon, cooked and chopped

1 cup lettuce, chopped

1 cup salami, diced (or diced ham)

1 cup cooked turkey or cooked chicken, diced

1 cup mayonnaise

1 packet ranch seasoning mix


Instructions

1. In a large pot of salted boiling water, cook the tri-color pasta until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water.

2. Cube the cheddar, dice the tomato, and chop bacon, lettuce, salami, and turkey or chicken.

3. In a large bowl, mix the mayonnaise and ranch seasoning until smooth.

4. Add the cooled pasta and all chopped ingredients to the dressing. Mix gently to coat.

5. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.


Notes

This dish keeps well for 3 days and makes an excellent cold pasta salad for summer gatherings.

Feel free to swap meats or cheeses based on what you have.

Add more mayo or a touch of sour cream if you prefer a creamier finish.
