Easy Gooey Mozzarella Biscuit Bombs Recipe golden biscuits stuffed with gooey mozzarella, brushed with garlic butter. Perfect for family-friendly cheesy recipes, easy snack recipes for kids, and quick appetizer recipes for parties.
Ingredients
One 8-count package of Pillsbury Grands buttermilk biscuits
Four sticks of mozzarella string cheese, each cut into eight pieces
Four tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
One tablespoon garlic, finely minced
Two tablespoons parsley, finely chopped
A pinch of fine sea salt
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
2. Remove biscuits, split in half, flatten to 1/4 inch thickness.
3. Mix melted butter, garlic, parsley, and salt in a small bowl.
4. Place two cheese pieces in each flattened biscuit, fold, and seal edges. Lay seam-side down.
5. Brush tops with garlic butter, bake 8–10 minutes until golden brown.
6. Brush again with remaining garlic butter after baking. Serve hot and gooey.
