Festive Cranberry Turkey Stuffing Balls are a quick holiday side or appetizer. Made with turkey, cranberries, herbs, and bread crumbs, they’re perfect for easy dinner recipes for families and quick and cheap holiday meals.
Ingredients
2 cups bread crumbs
1 cup cooked turkey, shredded
½ cup dried cranberries, chopped
½ cup onion, finely diced
½ cup celery, diced
¼ cup fresh parsley, chopped
¼ cup chicken broth
1 tsp dried thyme
1 tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
1 large egg
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. Combine bread crumbs, turkey, cranberries, onion, celery, and parsley in a mixing bowl.
3. Add thyme, salt, pepper, broth, and egg. Mix until even.
4. Scoop 2 tablespoons, roll into balls, and place on the prepared baking sheet.
5. Bake 25 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
6. Serve warm with gravy or cranberry sauce.
Notes
Make Ahead: Shape and refrigerate up to 24 hours or freeze raw, then bake with 5–7 extra minutes.
Substitutions: Use almond flour for gluten-free, or brie cheese for stuffed variation.
