Description

This Florida Shrimp Pie Recipe is creamy, savory, and comforting with chive cream cheese, tender shrimp, and a flaky crust—perfect for an easy coastal dinner.

Ingredients

1 crust from 1 package (12 oz) frozen Pillsbury Deep Dish Pie Crusts

1/2 cup chive-and-onion cream cheese spread

4 large eggs

12 oz cooked, peeled, deveined medium shrimp, thawed and chopped

1/2 cup shredded pepper Jack cheese

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 375°F. Let crust thaw 10–20 minutes. Prick with a fork and bake 9–11 minutes.

2. Beat cream cheese until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well.

3. Fold in shrimp and shredded cheese.

4. Pour into pre-baked crust. Bake 30–35 minutes until set.

5. Let stand 15 minutes before slicing. Serve warm.

Notes

Use crab or salmon as a swap for shrimp.

Reheat slices in oven to keep crust crisp.

Serve with salad or air fryer veggies.
