Ingredients
3 cups Fruity Pebbles cereal
1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup powdered sugar, sifted
1 tsp pure vanilla extract
1 cup whipped cream
Extra Fruity Pebbles for garnish
Instructions
1. Mix Fruity Pebbles with melted butter until coated evenly.
2. Press mixture firmly into taco molds or muffin tin wells.
3. Chill 30 minutes until shells are firm.
4. In a mixing bowl, whip cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
5. Gently fold in whipped cream to keep filling light and airy.
6. Spoon cheesecake filling into chilled cereal shells.
7. Top with extra Fruity Pebbles for garnish.
8. Serve immediately or chill for a firmer texture.
Notes
For best crunch, fill shells just before serving.
