Description

Juicy oven-baked shrimp with sweet corn in rich garlic butter. This easy seafood sheet pan dinner comes together in under 20 minutes, perfect for weeknights and summer gatherings.


Ingredients

1.5 lbs large shrimp, peeled & deveined (tails on optional)

1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted

5 cloves garlic, minced

1 tsp paprika

1 tsp lemon juice

1/2 tsp salt

1/2 tsp black pepper

1/2 tsp crushed red pepper flakes (optional)

1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley

2 ears of corn, halved or whole


Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).

2. In a bowl, mix melted butter, garlic, paprika, lemon juice, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes.

3. Arrange shrimp evenly in a baking dish or foil pan. Pour the buttery garlic mixture over the shrimp.

4. Add corn pieces, nestling them among the shrimp.

5. Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until shrimp are pink and opaque.

6. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot with bread or rice.


Notes

Serve with lemon wedges for extra brightness.

For a spicier kick, increase chili flakes or add a splash of hot sauce.

Pairs perfectly with a crisp white wine or iced tea.
