Description

Cheesy, garlicky, buttery biscuit bombs stuffed with beef and two cheeses. These are quick, affordable, and perfect for family dinners or game day trays.


Ingredients

1 pound ground beef

2 cloves garlic, minced

½ cup Parmesan cheese, diced

1 cup cheddar cheese, cubed

1 can (16.3 oz) biscuit dough

2 tbsp butter, melted

1 tbsp parsley, chopped


Instructions

1. Heat oven to 375°F. Brown beef with garlic in skillet and drain fat.

2. Stir Parmesan and cheddar cheese into beef mixture.

3. Flatten each biscuit, add filling, fold and seal edges completely.

4. Place on lined baking sheet, brush with butter. Bake 12–15 minutes until golden.

5. Cool slightly, garnish with parsley and serve warm.


Notes

Make ahead and refrigerate unbaked.

Freeze cooked bombs and reheat as needed.
