Description

These Garlic Parmesan Cheeseburger Bombs are crispy on the outside, cheesy in the middle, and loaded with garlic-butter flavor. I tested this recipe 3 ways with biscuit dough, crescent rolls, and homemade dough  and this version came out the most flavorful and gooey. Perfect for weeknights, parties, or game-day snacks.


Ingredients

1 pound ground beef

2 cloves garlic, minced

½ cup Parmesan cheese, diced

1 cup cheddar cheese, cubed

1 can (16.3 oz) biscuit dough

2 tablespoons butter, melted

1 tablespoon parsley, chopped

Instructions
