Instructions
1- Combine pork, salt, pepper, herbs, breadcrumbs, and grated onion.
2- Pour in apple cider, mix gently until just combined. Don’t overwork.
3- Form mixture into small slider patties, ensuring even thickness.
4- Heat skillet or grill to medium-high heat.
5- Cook sliders 4–5 minutes per side, or until 160°F.
6- Toast slider buns until golden.
