Ingredients
1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt (or dairy-free alternative)
1 scoop chocolate protein powder
1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
1 tbsp almond butter
2 tbsp unsweetened almond milk
Optional: stevia or monk fruit sweetener to taste
Optional: pinch of salt
Instructions
1. In a mixing bowl, stir together the yogurt, cocoa powder, and almond butter.
2. Add chocolate protein powder and almond milk. Mix until smooth.
3. Taste and sweeten if desired. Adjust texture with more milk if needed.
4. Chill for 10 minutes before serving.
5. Serve in jars or ramekins. Optional: top with cocoa powder, nuts, or berries.
