This quick homemade Alfredo sauce is creamy, rich, and comforting. Made with butter, cream, garlic, and Parmesan, it’s perfect for pasta nights, family dinners, or anytime you want a restaurant-style sauce at home.

Ingredients

1/2 Cup Butter

1 1/2 Cups Heavy Whipping Cream

2 Teaspoons Garlic, Minced

1/2 Teaspoon Italian Seasoning

1/2 Teaspoon Salt

1/4 Teaspoon Pepper

2 Cups Freshly Grated Parmesan Cheese

Instructions

1. Add the butter and cream to a large skillet.

2. Simmer over low heat for 2 minutes.

3. Whisk in the garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper for one minute.

4. Whisk in the Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.

5. Serve immediately over pasta.

Notes

For a lighter version, swap half-and-half for cream or try Greek yogurt.

Add roasted garlic for deeper flavor.

Freeze in small portions and reheat gently with cream or milk.
