This quick homemade Alfredo sauce is creamy, rich, and comforting. Made with butter, cream, garlic, and Parmesan, it’s perfect for pasta nights, family dinners, or anytime you want a restaurant-style sauce at home.
Ingredients
1/2 Cup Butter
1 1/2 Cups Heavy Whipping Cream
2 Teaspoons Garlic, Minced
1/2 Teaspoon Italian Seasoning
1/2 Teaspoon Salt
1/4 Teaspoon Pepper
2 Cups Freshly Grated Parmesan Cheese
Instructions
1. Add the butter and cream to a large skillet.
2. Simmer over low heat for 2 minutes.
3. Whisk in the garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper for one minute.
4. Whisk in the Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
5. Serve immediately over pasta.
Notes
For a lighter version, swap half-and-half for cream or try Greek yogurt.
Add roasted garlic for deeper flavor.
