Description

This hydrating fruit punch blends cucumber, pineapple, lemon, and coconut water into a smooth, no-sugar refreshment perfect for hot days or post-workout sipping.


Ingredients

Scale

1 lemon (peeled and sliced or juiced)

2 cucumbers (peeled and chopped)

8 oz coconut water (fresh or store-bought)

½ pineapple (peeled and chopped)


Instructions

1. Peel and chop the cucumbers.

2. Peel and core the pineapple, then chop into chunks.

3. Peel and slice the lemon, or juice it if you prefer a smoother texture.

4. Add cucumbers, pineapple, and lemon (or lemon juice) to a blender.

5. Pour in 8 oz coconut water and blend until smooth.

6. Optional: Strain through a mesh strainer for a smoother texture.

7. Pour into a glass or mason jar. Serve cold, with or without ice.


Notes

Store in a sealed jar and refrigerate up to 24 hours. For extra chill, freeze into ice cubes or popsicles. Great after workouts or as a mid-day reset.
