Ingredients
1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
½ teaspoon baking soda
¼ teaspoon salt
½ cup unsalted butter, room temperature
½ cup granulated sugar
½ cup light brown sugar, packed
1 large egg
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup white chocolate chunks
½ cup caramel chunks
½ cup assorted chocolate pieces for topping
2 tablespoons heavy cream for drizzle
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment.
2. Whisk flour, baking soda, and salt in a bowl.
3. Cream butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until fluffy (2–3 mins).
4. Add egg and vanilla, beat until smooth.
5. Mix in dry ingredients until just combined.
6. Fold in white chocolate and caramel chunks.
7. Scoop 2 tbsp dough mounds onto baking sheet, 2 inches apart.
8. Bake 10–12 minutes until edges are golden and centers soft.
9. Immediately press chocolate pieces into tops while warm.
10. Cool 5 minutes on tray, then transfer to wire rack.
11. Drizzle with heavy cream before serving.
Notes
No chilling required—ready to bake.
Store in airtight container up to 4 days.
Freeze scooped dough for future use—just bake straight from frozen.
