Description
The Island Breeze Bomb Recipe is a tropical drop shot cocktail with coconut rum, strawberry syrup, and pineapple juice. Drop the shot, watch it fizz, and enjoy the flavor explosion.
Ingredients
For the Bomb Shot:
1 oz coconut rum
½ oz strawberry liqueur or syrup
Splash of fresh lime juice
For the Cocktail Base:
4 oz pineapple juice
2 oz orange soda or lemon-lime soda
Crushed ice
Garnish:
Maraschino cherry
Pineapple wedge (optional)
Mint sprig (optional)
Instructions
1. In a shot glass, combine coconut rum, strawberry liqueur or syrup, and lime juice. Stir gently.
2. In a large glass, add crushed ice. Pour in pineapple juice and soda. Stir lightly.
3. Drop the shot glass into the cocktail base carefully.
4. Garnish with a cherry, pineapple wedge, or mint sprig.
5. Drink immediately for full bomb effect.
Notes
Use thick-walled shot glasses and wide base glasses for safety. Prepare both parts in advance but drop the bomb only when ready to serve.
