Description

This Key Lime Pie Cheesecake Piña Colada is a creamy, tropical twist on two classics. Coconut, pineapple, lime, and cream cheese blend into a smooth, refreshing sip that feels like vacation in a glass. Perfect for easy summer drinks, non-dairy swaps, or even as a boozy tropical cheesecake cocktail.


Ingredients

2 oz Coconut milk

1 oz Pineapple juice

1 oz Cream of coconut

1/2 cup Key lime juice

1/4 cup Cream cheese

Ice cubes


Instructions

1. Pour coconut milk, pineapple juice, cream of coconut, key lime juice, and cream cheese into your blender.

2. Add ice cubes. Blend on high until smooth and creamy.

3. Pour into your favorite glass. Garnish with lime slices, toasted coconut, or whipped cream.


Notes

Stuffani’s Tip: Swap cream cheese with mascarpone for a silkier sip.

Make it non-dairy with coconut yogurt and almond-coconut milk.

Add Malibu or white rum for an adult twist  it’s the best rum for piña coladas.
