These Lazy Day Lemon Cream Pie Bars are cool, creamy, and no-fuss. With three layers of texture—graham crust, cream cheese, and lemon—they’re perfect for sunny weekends or easy gatherings.
Ingredients
1 cup graham cracker crumbs
¼ cup sugar
½ cup unsalted butter, melted
8 oz cream cheese, softened
½ cup powdered sugar
1 cup whipped topping
2 cups lemon pie filling
Whipped cream
Lemon slices (for garnish)
Powdered sugar (for dusting)
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C). Grease a 9×9-inch baking dish.
2. Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press into dish.
3. Beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Fold in whipped topping.
4. Spread cream mixture over crust.
5. Top with lemon pie filling and spread evenly.
6. Bake 25–30 minutes until edges are set.
7. Cool completely. Refrigerate 2 hours.
8. Garnish with whipped cream, lemon slices, and powdered sugar. Slice and serve.
Notes
Store leftovers covered in fridge up to 4 days.
Chill fully for cleaner cuts.
