Description
A rich and creamy Loaded Bacon Cheeseburger Alfredo Pasta that blends juicy beef, crispy bacon, and two kinds of cheese into one unforgettable skillet meal perfect for busy weeknights or indulgent comfort food cravings.
Ingredients
1 pound ground beef
8 ounces fettuccine pasta
4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
1 cup heavy cream
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon minced garlic
Salt, to taste
Pepper, to taste
Chopped parsley, for garnish
Instructions
1. Cook the fettuccine pasta according to package instructions in salted water, then drain.
2. In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned, about 5–7 minutes. Drain excess fat.
3. Stir in the minced garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
4. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer.
5. Gradually add cheddar and Parmesan cheese, stirring until smooth and creamy.
6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
7. Toss the drained pasta into the skillet, coating each strand with the sauce.
8. Sprinkle crumbled bacon over the top.
9. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve immediately.
Notes
For a thicker sauce, simmer for an extra 2–3 minutes before adding the pasta.
Swap fettuccine for penne or rotini for a heartier bite.
Great as a make-ahead dish reheat gently in a skillet over low heat.
