Ingredients
→ Meat Components:
1 pound ground beef (80/20 for flavor)
6 slices bacon, cooked crisp and crumbled
Salt and pepper, to taste
→ Fresh Toppings:
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup diced onions (red or white)
1/2 cup diced fresh tomatoes
1/2 cup shredded lettuce
1/4 cup sliced dill pickles
→ Sauces:
1/4 cup ketchup
1/4 cup yellow mustard
1/4 cup mayonnaise
→ Wraps:
4 large flour tortillas (10–12 inch)
Cooking spray or oil for crisping
Instructions
1. Cook bacon in a skillet until golden and crisp. Crumble and set aside, saving a spoonful of the bacon grease for flavor.
2. In the same pan, brown the ground beef until no longer pink. Season with salt and pepper. Drain any extra grease.
3. Lay out the tortillas. Spread a ribbon of mayo, then add the beef, bacon, cheese, tomatoes, onions, pickles, ketchup, and mustard.
4. Fold the sides in and roll the burrito tightly. Heat a skillet and sear seam-side down until golden and crisp.
5. Let the burrito rest for 1 minute before slicing. Serve with extra sauces on the side for dipping.
Notes
Stuffani’s Note: My mom taught me that a warm tortilla is key to a perfect wrap—never skip that step.
Use 80/20 ground beef for rich flavor, and don’t forget to drain it well to keep your burrito crisp, not soggy.
