Description
This Loaded Bacon Cheeseburger Pasta Skillet is a fast, comforting one-pan dinner packed with ground beef, melty cheddar, and smoky bacon—perfect for busy nights.
Ingredients
Main Ingredients
1 pound ground beef
2 cups cooked rotini or penne pasta
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup beef bacon, cooked and crumbled
→ Sauce
1 cup milk
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
1/4 cup ketchup
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
Salt, to taste
Black pepper, to taste
Instructions
Cook ground beef in a large skillet over medium heat until well browned, breaking it up with a spatula. Drain off excess fat.
Sprinkle flour over the browned beef. Stir to coat evenly, then gradually add milk while whisking constantly to create a smooth sauce.
Incorporate ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and black pepper. Stir until combined. Simmer for 2 to 3 minutes to thicken.
Add cooked pasta, crumbled beef bacon, and shredded cheddar cheese to the skillet. Stir thoroughly until cheese is melted and pasta is well coated in sauce.
Serve immediately while hot. For added flavor, top with extra cheddar or more crumbled beef bacon if desired.
Notes
Use any pasta shape that holds sauce well like penne or shells.
Swap beef with turkey or plant-based meat for a lighter version.
Store leftovers in an airtight container and reheat with a splash of milk.
