This Melt In Your Mouth Caesar Chicken is baked in a creamy Caesar-Parmesan sauce until tender and golden. A high-protein, family-friendly dinner that’s rich, comforting, and ready in under 30 minutes.
Ingredients
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 cup Caesar dressing (high-quality or homemade)
1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp dried oregano
1/2 tsp dried basil
Salt and black pepper to taste
Fresh parsley, chopped (optional)
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a baking dish large enough to hold the chicken in one even layer.
2. Place chicken breasts flat in the prepared dish. If thick, pound or butterfly to even thickness.
3. In a bowl, mix Caesar dressing, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, basil, salt, and pepper until well combined.
4. Pour the mixture over the chicken, spreading to coat each piece evenly.
5. Bake uncovered for 25–30 minutes, or until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
6. Optional: Broil for 2–3 minutes for a golden top—watch closely to avoid burning.
7. Let chicken rest for a few minutes before serving. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
