Creamy mint chocolate protein shake made with clean whey protein, almond milk, banana, and cacao for a cool, satisfying treat.
Ingredients
1 scoop mint chocolate cookie protein powder
¾ cup almond milk
½ frozen banana
1 tsp cacao nibs or mini chocolate chips
1–2 ice cubes
Optional: splash of vanilla or peppermint extract
Instructions
1. Add all ingredients to a blender.
2. Blend until smooth and creamy.
3. Pour into a chilled glass.
4. Top with cacao nibs or crushed mint cookies, if desired.
Notes
Use oat milk or dairy milk if preferred.
