Description

A bold, cheesy, and budget-friendly wrap loaded with ground beef, nacho cheese sauce, and crushed Doritos perfect for quick dinners and lunch prep.

Ingredients

1 lb lean ground beef

1 cup nacho cheese sauce

1/2 cup sour cream

1 can Rotel (diced tomatoes with green chilis)

1 green bell pepper, chopped

1 small onion, diced

1 packet taco seasoning mix

1 cup crushed Nacho Cheese Doritos

4 large flour tortilla wraps

1 cup shredded lettuce (for serving)

Instructions

Step 1: Brown the beef.
Heat your skillet, drop in the beef, and let it sizzle until it’s browned. Drain the fat, then toss in the onion and green pepper. Let them sweat together for about 4 minutes, then stir in the taco seasoning and a splash of water.

Step 2: Mix the cheese magic.
In a separate bowl, stir together nacho cheese sauce and Rotel. That’s it. No need to heat just mix until it’s creamy and smooth.

Step 3: Build your wrap.
Lay a tortilla flat. Spoon the cheese-Rotel mix in a line down the center. Top with a hearty scoop of beef, a dollop of sour cream, and a handful of crushed Doritos.

Step 4: Fold and roll.
Tuck in the sides like you’re folding a blanket. Then roll it up tight, pressing gently to hold it all together.

Step 5: Toast until golden.
Place your wrap seam-side down in a dry skillet. Toast each side for 2–3 minutes until golden brown and crisp.

6. Serve it up with shredded lettuce, salsa, or on its own while standing barefoot at the counter. I don’t judge.

Notes

You can use ground turkey or shredded chicken instead of beef.

Use whole wheat tortillas for a healthier twist.

Crushed corn chips can replace Doritos in a pinch.

Wraps store well prep ahead and toast before eating.
