A creamy, fruity no-bake banana split cheesecake with graham cracker crust, fresh bananas, pineapple, strawberries, and a chocolate drizzle topping. Perfect for easy holiday desserts or summer cookouts.
Ingredients
1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
½ cup unsalted butter, melted
For the Cheesecake Layer:
2 cups cream cheese, softened
1 cup powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup heavy whipping cream
For the Fruit & Topping:
2 ripe bananas, sliced
1 cup crushed pineapple, drained
1 cup strawberries, hulled and sliced
½ cup chocolate syrup
½ cup chopped walnuts (optional)
Whipped cream for topping
Instructions
Mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter, press into a springform pan, and chill for 15 minutes.
Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
Whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form, then fold into the cream cheese mixture.
Spread half the filling over the crust. Top with bananas and pineapple.
Cover with the remaining filling and smooth the surface.
Refrigerate at least 4 hours or overnight.
Before serving, top with strawberries, chocolate drizzle, walnuts, and whipped cream.
Notes
Chill overnight for the best texture.
Brush bananas with pineapple juice to prevent browning.
