Description
These No-Bake Biscoff and Nutella Dream Bars are creamy, layered dessert bars with a crunchy cookie base, smooth cheesecake filling, and whipped topping perfect for easy no-bake desserts at parties or weeknight treats.
Ingredients
For the base:
220g (about 1 3/4 cups) Lotus Biscoff cookies, finely crushed (reserve 2 tbsp for topping)
60g (about 1/4 cup) unsalted butter, melted
For the filling:
600g (about 2 1/4 cups) cream cheese, at room temperature
100g (about 3/4 cup) icing sugar
50g (about 1/4 cup) Nutella
50g (about 1/4 cup) Biscoff spread
For the topping:
250ml (about 1 cup) double cream (heavy cream)
Reserved crushed Lotus Biscoff cookies
Instructions
1. Finely crush the Biscoff cookies. Reserve 2 tbsp for topping. Mix the rest with melted butter until sandy.
2. Press the cookie mixture into an 8×8-inch tin. Chill for 30 minutes.
3. Beat cream cheese and icing sugar until smooth. Divide into two bowls.
4. Whisk Nutella into one bowl. Spread over chilled cookie base.
5. Whisk Biscoff spread into the other bowl. Spread over Nutella layer.
6. Whip cream to soft peaks. Spread over Biscoff layer.
7. Sprinkle with reserved cookie crumbs. Chill for several hours or overnight before slicing.
Notes
