Description

No bake cottage cheese brownie batter protein bites are rich, fudgy, and packed with protein. A quick, healthy snack ready in just 45 minutes.


Ingredients

1/2 cup cottage cheese

2 tbsp cocoa powder

1/4 cup almond flour

1 scoop chocolate protein powder

2 tbsp maple syrup

1/4 cup mini chocolate chips

1 tbsp peanut butter (optional)


Instructions

1. Combine cottage cheese, cocoa powder, almond flour, protein powder, maple syrup, and chocolate chips in a bowl.

2. Add peanut butter if using and mix until well combined.

3. Roll the mixture into small bite-sized balls using your hands.

4. Place bites on a parchment-lined plate or baking sheet.

5. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to set.

6. Store in the fridge or freezer and enjoy as needed.


Notes
