A creamy, chilled pineapple no-bake cheesecake dessert layered over a graham crust and topped with whipped topping and fruit.
Ingredients
Crust
2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
Filling
2 packages cream cheese, softened (8 oz each)
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 container whipped topping (8 oz), thawed
1 can crushed pineapple (20 oz), well-drained
Topping
1 container whipped topping (8 oz), for topping
1/2 cup crushed pineapple, for topping
Garnish (optional)
Graham cracker crumbs or pineapple chunks
Instructions
1. In a bowl, combine graham crumbs and melted butter. Press into a 9×13 pan and chill.
2. Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
3. Fold in whipped topping and drained pineapple until fully combined.
4. Spread mixture over crust and smooth the top.
5. Add remaining whipped topping and crushed pineapple on top.
6. Garnish with graham crumbs or pineapple chunks, if using.
7. Chill at least 4 hours before serving. Slice and serve cold.
Notes
You can use store-bought graham crust if you halve the filling for a pie version.
Avoid freezing—texture may break down after thawing.
